The system has been developed to paletize workpieces of small and midle dimension. Thanks to the high rigidity it can be employed for heavy milling even on hardened materials, the use on EDM machines for large electrodes is a further application . Through the use of a clamping pin, to avoid unwanted flections, the pallets can be mounted on me - chanical or pneumatic chucks. The internal reference ring allows the use of pallets smaller than the MTS65 line. Multiple chucks mounted on different machines will allways keep the alignment and known references, remachining can take place without dead times.
