MTS20

The 20 mm shank is a standard today in the EDM business, all types of shanks with diameter 20 on the market will fit on our MTS65 mechanical shank holder in addition to our own line of shanks MTS20. The need to manufacture great numbers of small electrodes, often of low value, gave us the idea to develop a new line of aluminum shank holder to keep their cost as low as possible so that the electrode can be left on the holder on which it has been manufactured for later use at minimal cost. Integral copper shanks with inserted double reference pin are available in different diameters, allowing the customer to directly machine the electrode obtaining maximum precision and rigidity at the lowest cost possible.
